So I know very little about these things, and I'd like to keep it that way. Can't we just define the way that we each want to do things, find like-minded folks to have the really deep connections with, and then just connect with the other people as friends or acquaintances?

Or am I, by definition, wrong because I started using the internet when I was 11 or 12?
